Welcome Scott Blohowiak

Mindset is excited to welcome Scott Blohowiak to the Mindset team! Scott is Scott Blohowiakjoining our Solutions practice as a UX Architect.

Scott brings over 20 years of Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and IT experience to his new role. He has a decade of SAP technology focus including Implementations, Integrations, Infrastructure, and Cloud work. He also has 5 years of UX Research & Design experience. Additionally, he holds a Master’s Certification (UXMC) from Nielsen Norman Group (NNG) in the subject.

Scott made the decision to join Mindset because he’s excited about the way the company aligns to solving the Enterprise Application UX gap by utilizing solid design principles and processes. He’s drawn to the growth, innovation, startup culture and mindset (no pun intended!).

Scott lives in the metro Milwaukee, WI area with his wife Nicole and three boys Tyler (13), Alex (11) and Ethan (9). In his free time he enjoys attending their sports and activities and enjoying the great outdoors: hiking, trail running, backpacking, cycling and golf.

Marin Baltes is Director of Operations at Mindset. Her main role is to put a support structure in place at each of our Solutions clients to ensure teams have everything they need to make their project a success. Marin brings a wealth of experience from both consulting and industry to the table, priding herself on having the ability to clearly communicate and empathize with our clients to make sure their goals, expectations, and logistical considerations are all in alignment. When she's not in the office, you can find Marin traveling, doing yoga, and spending time with her family.
