I am excited to announce that Robb Neuenschwander has joined Mindset last week as a Principal Architect on our Strategic Organization.
Robb has 30 years of experience in the IT industry. He began his career in consulting working at Computer Sciences Corporation and then over the course of 15 years worked independently in the Twin Cities at a variety of clients, including 3M, Target, and Lawson Software/Infor.
A customer 10 years ago and an employee now
Robb then spent nearly 10 years at Target, working in enterprise architecture and serving as Principal Architect for SAP and the Corporate Systems domain. In this time, he managed an internal SAP innovation lab, which served as an incubator for leading edge SAP solutions. Robb has been part of Mindset’s journey since our beginning Target days. As a forward thinking leader leading the SAP Labs in Target, he quickly picked interest in Mindset’s services.
During early days of Mindset, Gavin Quinn used to demonstrate the ability to execute IT projects in mode two of the bimodal structure. Our projects were around the intersection of cutting edge technology and SAP. Further, they had a focus on human centric design and were executed in agile. The speed of execution which Mindset brought to the table intrigued Robb as a customer.
Robb continued his passionate journey for transformation in SAP space in large organizations like Target and Medica. Most recently, Robb was a Senior Director at Medica Health Plans in the Twin Cities. There he led Enterprise Architecture and Application Engineering functions for the regional health insurer.
Our evangelist group called “Principals”
Years later now Robb decided to explore his passion for consulting and return to the SAP ecosystem. He joins our core group of evangelists, whom we passionately refer to as Principals. He would be leading large scale transformation initiatives and helping organizations innovate, design and build solutions that vastly improve their work experience.
Join me in welcoming Robb Neuenschwander to the Mindset family.
