We are excited to welcome Raghavendra Rao Rachuri, who recently joined Mindset India as a Scrum / Project Manager to support our internal SAP Software developments and Customer Engagements.
Raghu joins Mindset with over 18 years of experience as a Delivery/Project Manager in the IT industry. He started his career with BaaN, then he worked for IBM, TCS in various capacities. Raghu is a certified Scrum Master and holds various other certifications in the area of delivery and scrum management. Some of the other certifications are CSQA, CSM, ICP-ACC(Certified Professional Agile Coaching), Team Transformation Practitioner and ITIL.
Raghu holds dual Masters, one in Management and other in Information Technology. He also completed a pre-PhD from Osmania University. He is a management scholar and did various programs in management studies and alumni of IIMB.
Raghu will be working with internal Software teams at Mindset to manage the scrum and delivery teams. he will be supporting customer projects as well.
