Welcome Patrick Trepanier

Mindset is excited to welcome Patrick Trepanier to the Mindset team! Patrick is joining our Solutions practice as a UX Designer. Patrick has built his creative background in the live event and trade show design industry, creating branded experiences for a variety of clients. At Mindset, he’ll be working to translate his diversity of skills into crafting original design solutions that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to SAP to support complex business problems. Patrick was drawn to Mindset because he is excited to work with big clients in a smaller company environment and collaborate with new teammates.

Patrick is originally from Bemidji but now lives in Saint Paul with his girlfriend (Ashley) and dog (Bruce). He enjoys getting outside, hiking, running, collecting sneakers, and is a car enthusiast. Marin Baltes is Director of Operations at Mindset. Her main role is to put a support structure in place at each of our Solutions clients to ensure teams have everything they need to make their project a success. Marin brings a wealth of experience from both consulting and industry to the table, priding herself on having the ability to clearly communicate and empathize with our clients to make sure their goals, expectations, and logistical considerations are all in alignment. When she's not in the office, you can find Marin traveling, doing yoga, and spending time with her family.
