Welcome Michael Allen!

Mindset is extremely excited to welcome Michael Allen to the team as a Senior Account Executive focusing on the Mindset’s Eastern Region. Michael comes to us with over 8 years of experience in SAP sales and customer management in SAP S/4 HANA, SAP CX Solutions, including Sales, Service Marketing and Commerce Cloud. However, he has sold both software and professional services during his career.  Further, Michael is passionate about building and maintaining customer relationships and has experience in Manufacturing, Consumer Packaged Goods, Wholesale Distribution, Oil and Gas and High Tech. Additionally, he has worked in both the Large Enterprise space as well as the mid-market.

Michael lives with his wife and three children (Lilliana 10, Gabriella 9, and Chandler 6) in Fort Worth Texas. He is a graduate of George Washington University and has an MBA from the University of Phoenix. Michael is also a Staff Sergeant in the United States Army Reserve. Additionally, he is currently active and for the past 15 years. He has seen two combat deployments to the Middle East. In what is probably very little free time, Michael enjoys building and racing cars. Further, he also likes barbecue, traveling and camping, and coaching baseball and football for his kid.

James is an SAP Professional with over 25 years of SAP implementation and strategy experience having helped dozens of SAP customers realize value in their SAP investment. James was involved in some of the first implementations of the SAP mainframe application in the United States as far back as 1992. Having started his career with SAP in Walldorf, Germany he later went on to be one of the first to achieve platinum level (highest level of consultant) at SAP America where he held some of the highest client satisfaction ratings in the services organization. In the years since SAP, James has held a variety of roles in sales and management including co-founding an SAP services firm which was one of the first to help migrate a customer in the United States to S/4. He has also held project leadership roles where he has successful implementation experience in Consumer Products, Mill Products, Life Sciences and High Tech. James has helped dozens of businesses both large and small throughout his career in various stages of their SAP initiatives. James is a Graduate of Florida State University and lives outside of Atlanta with his family.
