It is with great pleasure that I introduce Bhargavi B S, our HR and Operations Lead at Mindset in India.
Bhargavi B.S. joined our team on April 1, 2021 bringing with her almost 10 years of experience in multinational companies in HR, Learning and Development, quality assurance, process standardization and service excellence.
She has delivered high impact programs and complex projects including digitization projects. The highlights include:
- Assisting Robotic Process Automation project for raising learning requests
- Easing life of decision makers by setting in place dashboards and reports for training trackers
- Achieving cLEAN basic and 1 star certification for which helps in practicing lean methodology for operations excellence
- In addition, she has also set in place successful offshoring activities.
At Mindset she will bring her HR and operations excellence experience to lead the team for both HR and operations. Additionally, her structured approach and her enthusiasm for running world class delivery has already been effective in kicking off an organizational culture through processes in line with the EOS. Further, she has already proved her mettle by running several programs to increase employee engagement and development.
She works with the teams in the US to make sure that our teams deliver excellence and is responsible for the growth of the India wing of our technical competency center.
On the private side, Bhargavi B.S hobbies are travelling, reading novels and gardening. Further, she has also increased the strength of our “Biriyani Club” – a club of biriyani enthusiasts in our Bengaluru office.
