With SAP S/4HANA Cloud 1908, the first components of Fiori 3 are now available.
I like the new simple “Quartz Light” theme which standardizes the header bar and allows the apps to take center stage.
The most important component in building the digital work experience of the future for employees is the focus on intelligence. Some of the new features are in Fiori 3 are:
- Intelligent home pages.
- Dynamic content for analytics, notifications and more based on the situation.
- Proactive business situation handling with proposed actions! (from analytics to action — this is incredible).
- An integrated digital assistant.
Sadly still today so many customers still think of Fiori as just a pretty UX overlaying SAPGUI. They miss the opportunity to transform something much bigger than simple style: the opportunity to create powerful and intelligent user experiences that dramatically increase the productivity of both the individual and the company as a whole. Fiori 3 is a big step towards enabling this revolution of UX in the Enterprise.
