On a Monday morning when I just stepped out of bed, I got a call from the delivery boy to pick up my parcel. As I walked down the stairs I wondered if I have ordered something and forgotten!!! I was surprised to received such a thoughtful gesture from my company Mindset – A “Covid Care Kit” (Oximeter, Forehead thermometer, Vaporizer, N95 Masks box, Surgical Masks box, Surgical Gloves box, surface disinfectant spray) for all the employees in India, and I feel so grateful for this! It is an honor and a privilege to be part of an organization that deeply cares about its employees in these difficult times.

As COVID 19 outbreak in India is high during the second wave, to motivate us and keep our spirits high, we had a special video note from our CEO Gavin Quinn.
Covid Support E-handbook
The E-handbook was updated with relevant information related to the COVID situation like Covid Awareness, ERT & Insurance contact details etc.
Emergency Response Team (ERT)
An ERT was set up to provide immediate support for employees. We can share information and get help related Hospitals, oxygen supply, Covid testing and home treatment etc.
Vaccine Reimbursement
The cost for Covid-19 vaccination for employees and their families will be reimbursed.
Medical Insurance
Our generous health insurance coverage for employees and family was doubled to get additional COVID-19 coverage.
Covid Leave
Paid leave for those who are tested positive until complete recovery. Additionally, we also can take leave if dependents test positive apart from regular leave.
Fundraiser
We are concerned by the Covid Outbreak in India, and we and our global colleagues are committed to helping. By creating the fundraiser, we are inviting our employees, friends, and families to join us in helping to overcome the significant humanitarian crises.
