The client’s store associates needed anywhere, anytime access to product information through a mobile, device-agnostic solution. The client engaged Mindset for a week-long Design Thinking effort to ideate with store associates, managers, and the IT team on improvements to the customer experience. This work culminated in a low-resolution prototype of a mobile application. An Agile development team then delivered phases of functionality in a series of sprints. In less than 6 weeks, the client had an SAP Fiori-based solution that enabled store employees easy access to real-time, up-to-date information.
