The client’s warranty claims process was inefficient and complex, relying on email notifications that required a VPN for both the sender and approver. Mindset addressed the inefficiencies by leveraging the power of SAP BTP to create a custom application that codified the approval paths of the claims and bypassed the VPN email system.
The customized BTP solution enabled claims to be routed to appropriate approvers based on claim value, streamlining the process flow. With time-sensitive notifications and a rules-based approval process, the custom application helped the client decrease wait times and improve overall compliance of claims processing.
