- Explore – In our scoping workshops, our design team works hand-in-hand with stakeholders to identify the highest priority problems to solve, setting the stage for a successful design thinking engagement
- Discover and Design – We facilitate the entire design thinking process, guiding the cross-functional team through discovery and design to high-fidelity prototype development and testing to further refine the problem space and develop a solution that will be delivered in production
- Deliver, Run and Scale – As part of the Lean Agile Scrum team, design works ahead of development to provide the solution’s UX/UI components for each sprint deliverable and conducts usability testing that feeds into the next iteration
