The client’s central inventory management system lacked vital, relevant contact information. Users had to repeatedly search out contact data, resulting in employee frustration, lost time, and wasted resources.
Mindset was approached to design a single source of truth with accurate, up-to-date information universally accessible to end users. Applying Design Thinking methodology, the team collaborated with stakeholders to uncover pain points in the process and develop a prototype solution. Users were enthusiastic about the final system, finding it intuitive, efficient, and stress-reducing.
