Emergency responders lacked vital response information, leaving them at risk. Mindset’s team was tasked with building a user-friendly application that would enhance employee and customer satisfaction and improve access to quality data. Using Agile/Scrum methodology, the new Gas Emergency and Electric Outage App provided an efficient, safe, and accessible mobile experience. Work-order processing time was reduced considerably, and customers were now informed with precise information from first responders in near real time.
